Our production begins with high-grade components, including steel frames, electric motors, battery packs, brake systems, and suspension parts — all carefully sourced and inspected before use. Each part is selected for durability, safety, and compatibility with global standards.
Next, our technicians build the chassis and vehicle body. The steel frame is welded, reinforced, and assembled with precision tooling to ensure a strong foundation. Doors, windows, axles, and control systems are mounted step by step — with electrical wiring installed throughout.

Once the body is assembled, we move on to the cabin and control systems. This includes the dashboard, seats, lights, steering, pedals, and full electric drive train. Batteries are installed and calibrated, and each unit begins to look and function like a finished vehicle.
Before any Flistar vehicle leaves the factory, it undergoes a full set of performance tests: brake checks, speed trials, battery diagnostics, steering calibration, and hill simulation. Only units that pass every test are approved for packaging and shipment.

The company opened in 2011 as a trading and export company for LEV, specializing in transporting vehicles out of Ningbo port. The new European legislation had boosted the demand for small light vehicles and the Chinese government had identified Ningbo as the right place for this type of business. And so the quest began to create a bridge between Chinese factories and European consumers.
TAIZHOUSHI DONGXIE AUTO PARTS CO.,LTD
The company opened a new larger production line of 200 meters to meet the customers’ larger and larger order volume in 2024. Where the 4th floor was set up for another production. The place uses the latest production methods and production standards. 8 vehicle models out of the entire UMI model program are produced at this factory.
TAIZHOU JIAYUE AUTO PARTS CO.,LTD
The company has an open 1800m2 production area for 4 different models of vehicles aimed at business customers. Where special customer wishes can be met. Here it is possible for smaller customers to have custom-made vehicles of between 10-80 vehicles at a time for mobile street sales or other special orders.
Jiangsu Auto Parts,.LTD
The company opened in 2011 and produces a huge number of vehicles every year. This production line is 400 meters long and produces 6 out of the entire UMI model program, a total of 14 models. These 6 models are the ones that are produced most for the domestic market.
Danish Electric Vehicles A/S
The company opened in 2025 and produces 1 model of commercial vehicles, with a focus on the European domestic market. Customers who depend on the vehicle are of the highest quality, produced on a 45 meter production line that can produce between 10-100 vehicles per day.
